2023 Boys Division 2C XC Previews
A year ago, the dust settled in Division 2C Championships on the boys' end. Coach Chuck Martin, led by the winner and defending Champion #MyMainMan Thomas Corbett 🏆, powered the Clippers to the state title. Thomas has the pedigree 🏃♂️🧬, the family genes 👨👩👦👦, and more importantly, the Legendary Coach 📚👴, will be ready for an epic race 🏁. With the new alignments, things have shaken up in 2C. However, the boys from Groton Dunstable, Senior Class of Neil Aradhya & Zach Metzger 👦🏽🏃♂️, have had an amazing Junior year campaign in Cross Country 🌲, Indoors 🏟️, and outdoors ☀️. However, with the arrival of #MyMainMan, arguably one of the top 8th graders in the country 🇺🇸🏃♂️, get familiar, Massachusetts 🌟, America 🇺🇸, get acquainted with Greyson Duane 🤩 with a 4:28 Mile 🏃♂️🏅 victory at Nike Nationals MS 🥇 and a 1:59.73 800 personal best 🏆🏃♂️; he has the goods to roll with anyone 💪. I believe this solidifies GD's 1-2-3 punch 👊💥, which might be too much for the field. Do the GD boys have a 4th and 5th guy? 🤔 Or will it be the duo from the Tri Valley League, Jack Almeda & Aidan Pearsall 💥🏃♂️, from Dover Sherborn shaking it up 🔄, or Medfield's Jack Daley 🏃♂️? Keep an eye out on Andrew McConnell 👀, the Lancer entering his senior year, with nothing to lose 🏃♂️🎓.
