Started the 2023 Relay Weekend with the Friday Night Lights the Division 4 Edition. 54th Annual James Kalperis Relay wasn’t a disappointment for the Cape Ann League. The North Reading Girls win the Division 4 State Relays and the Newburyport Boys Track (Clippers) edge out North Reading to take the Boys Team Title.
